Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Teacher of the Visually
Impaired to provide individualized instruction and support to
visually impaired students.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized education
plans (IEPs)
Deliver tailored instruction and interventions using virtual
platforms
Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure cohesive support
for students
Qualifications:
Valid Virginia teaching certification with endorsement in Visual
Impairment
Experience working with visually impaired students in an
educational setting
Experience with Braille preferred
Proficient in using technology for virtual teaching
Ability to create a supportive and inclusive virtual classroom
environment
