Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Services to oversee billing and client services operations.



Key Responsibilities

Manage billing associates, including hiring and performance appraisals
Monitor service level agreements and implement action plans to meet goals
Handle escalated service issues and identify process improvement opportunities


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4-6 years of related experience
Experience in managing teams and operations
Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
Experience in project management and resource allocation
Familiarity with Internal Controls for Financial Reporting processes
