A company is looking for an Account Manager I - Small/Mid-Market
- Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned accounts to achieve profitable retention and
satisfaction
Develop and maintain strategic business plans aligned with customer
objectives
Coordinate customer audit preparation and ensure compliance with
contractual obligations
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in Account Management and Sales
Combination of education and work experience may be considered
Bachelor's degree is required
Clinical licensure in good standing may be required based on client
contracts
Strong understanding of Cost of Care and implications for
clients
