Job Description:

A company is looking for a Leave Management Administrator to provide excellent service and reliable administration for clients outsourcing their Leave of Absence management.



Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day Leave of Absence administration and support team members on key tasks
Provide accurate reporting and feedback regarding the leave process for clients and internal teams
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations related to leave administration


Qualifications, Training, and Education

Five years of experience in Human Resources or general office administration, preferably with disability management or FMLA administration
Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment with multiple deadlines
Strong technology experience in benefit administration, payroll, or HRIS reporting
Knowledge of employer compliance regulations related to leave of absence administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
