A company is looking for a Payroll Vendor Relationship
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research for payroll vendors and assess their
capabilities
Manage the onboarding process for new countries, including vendor
selection and contract negotiations
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain communication with
external partners to ensure compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
Experience in regional/global payroll vendor operations
Experience in implementing payroll software across multiple
countries
Strong contract negotiation skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment
