Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Development Senior
Associate to drive and support strategic transactions and
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models and analyses for strategic
transactions
Manage and coordinate the lifecycle of transaction processes and
strategic projects
Prepare presentations and memos for senior leadership to facilitate
decision-making
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in investment banking, management
consulting, private equity, or corporate development
Strong Excel financial modeling skills and understanding of
financial statements
Exceptional project management skills and ability to lead
cross-functional initiatives
Excellent business intuition and critical thinking abilities
Strong work ethic and ownership mentality
