Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Supervisor to manage
daily operations and staff in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and manage Contact Center agents and
support staff
Develop and maintain a customer service-centric culture while
monitoring staff performance
Ensure adherence to attendance policies and provide coaching on
best practices
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably
in a supervisory role
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service orientation with experience in handling
challenging interactions
Proficiency in MS Office suite and maintaining a reliable internet
connection
