Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Relations Specialist III to
enhance vendor and business partner relationships and support
customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Update and modify procedures to improve operations within the
vendor management department
Assist in developing and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure
quality customer service
Evaluate vendor performance and track metrics to identify process
improvements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2 - 4 years of related experience
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to
work experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Continuous learning education may be beneficial
