Job Description:
A company is looking for a Panel Assistant in South Dakota.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the clinic care team in managing and coordinating patient
care
Coordinate provider's patient panels, monitor patient attribution,
and manage chronic disease registries
Collect and communicate patient data to the healthcare team and
support the patient's plan of care
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary education of one to two years in healthcare or a
medical-related field is preferred
Background as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred
High level of computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft
Office and electronic health records
Experience with medical terminology and medical paperwork
knowledge
Ability to participate in care for age-related patients in all
phases of preventative care
