Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant II to
coordinate and facilitate the strategic deployment of their
selected SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the on-boarding strategy and implementation
timeline with customers
Create and conduct effective training sessions across multiple
formats and develop customer training guides
Act as a subject-matter expert for multiple Navigate360 product
offerings and support the training of junior team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of
education and experience
3+ years of customer software training experience over the
phone
Experience documenting processes and creating customer-facing
materials
Highly competent in Salesforce (Lightning) and Microsoft Office365
Applications
Microsoft MCSE certification preferred
