Located on Tidy Cat Road, our 40-acre plant site is seamlessly connected to a clay mine, enabling efficient mining, processing, packaging, and shipping. Operating around the clock, we mass produce conventional and clumping cat litter, supplying the mid-Atlantic region with nearly a third of a million tons annually. Our culture of continuous improvement drives Tidy Cats product innovations, revolutionizing the cat litter category with LightWeight litter, combining strength with half the weight. Were also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Bring your talents to our King William plant where we collaborate to meet every challenge successfully and collectively.In the Maintenance Utility role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stockroom functions as it pertains to receiving, issuing, and creating spare parts within the physical storeroom and SAP. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory and interfacing with several plant groups including Maintenance Technicians, Buyers, Planners, and others. The Maintenance Utility position embodies the initiative and agility of the entire Maintenance Team.Receive (both physically and in SAP) all maintenance inbound goods and materialsInventory and reconcile parts, investigating any inventory variancesSet up new parts in SAP, running SAP functions around inventory managementMaintain and update Bills of Materials as necessarySupport Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Technicians in parts staging and kits for preventative maintenanceRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent1+ years' inventory management experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, industrial, military or related environmentThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.91 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
