Responsibilities:
--- Conduct timely follow-up with all incoming leads via phone,

--- Schedule and coordinate client appointments and property
showings based on lead interest and readiness to take the next
step.
--- Work closely with the leadership team to provide insights on
lead activity, including feedback and opportunities for
improvement.
--- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing lead
inquiries, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth client
experience throughout the process.
Qualifications:
--- A current real estate license, or the ability to obtain one
within 30 days.
--- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends, to
accommodate client needs.
--- Strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation
skills.
--- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as
part of a high-performance team.
--- A passion for personal and professional growth, with a
relentless drive to achieve results.
--- A commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience,
always prioritizing their needs and goals.
--- Residential real estate experience or a strong sales background
is a plus.
